My passion is to work with clients who have realized that they are no longer okay...with not being okay. It seems that those are the moments we are the most ripe for change.  I believe counseling should be a collaborative process, and am committed to working with my clients to achieve their personal goals.

MY CREDENTIALS

 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), with a PhD in Clinical Counseling.  I have received specialized training in:

 

• EMDR (Level 1 & 2)

• Trauma Focused CBT

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

• Brainspotting (Phase 1 & 2)
